About us
Voice of victory
Vox Vencer builds AI voice agents for call centers and businesses, on speech, language and voice models we train and run ourselves.
Vox Vencer works across AI engineering, automation, CRM integration and web systems. Our main focus is voice: agents that answer and make phone calls for call centers and businesses that can't afford to let calls ring out.
We build the whole voice stack ourselves. Our speech recognition, language model and text-to-speech voice are our own models, running on our own infrastructure. That gives us control over the two things callers notice most: whether the agent understood them, and how long they wait for an answer. When something goes wrong on a call, we can fix it in the model instead of filing a ticket with another vendor.
What we believe about AI on the phone
Callers should know they're talking to an AI. Our agents say so at the start of the call. Hiding it rarely fools anyone for long, and the rules on AI calls are moving toward disclosure anyway.
An agent should do one job well before it does five. We launch agents with a narrow, testable scope and widen it once the transcripts show it's ready.
A person should always be reachable. Every agent has a way out to a human, and it passes along what the caller already said so nobody has to repeat themselves.
You should be able to test before you trust. That's why the free trial gives you direct access to each model instead of a polished demo.

How we write the blog
The Voxvencer blog is written by our editorial team, which includes the engineers and operations people who build and run our agents. A few rules we hold ourselves to:
- We explain things the way we would to a customer on a call, without padding.
- When we cite a law, regulation or study, we name it so you can check it yourself. We don't invent statistics.
- Compliance articles are general information, not legal advice. Rules on calling and recording vary by state and change over time.
- When something we wrote is wrong or out of date, we correct it. Send corrections to info@voxvencer.com.
